My name is Erin West, I'm a mother of three, two boys aged 5 and 3, and a little girl who is 14 months old. I've been married to my husband Brian for 6 years, and we have been together for 9.
I have been a DONA International certified doula since September of 2004, but I have been a doula since late in 2002. I love being able to empower moms and their families during this very special time in their lives. It is a true honor to be included in such a grand event.
Birth Doula Services~ Two prenatal meetings, these meetings are used to get to know and become comfortable with each other. We also disscuss the different aspects of the upcoming labor and birth. Positions are reviewed and disscussed, relaxation techniques are talked about.
Labor and Birth Support, this is continouse support. I then stay with the new family from the time that I'm called, until about two hours postpartum.
One to two postpartum meetings, these meetings are used to talk about and review the events during the birth of your baby. These meetings are set up for you convience.
